What we collect

When you send a query on this website we collect the details you type in: your name, mobile number, email address if you give one, what you need help with, your preferred time, and any question you write. We also receive a short summary of the choices you made in the planner, and the page you sent the query from.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your query and to help you with the insurance you asked about. We do not sell your details. We do not use them for anything unrelated to your query.

Who sees it

Your query is sent by email to the advisor at Policy Redefine Insurance. Technical services that run this website, for hosting and for delivering that email, handle the data only to do those jobs. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as needed to deal with your query and any policy you take through us, or as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 95400 00557 and we will act on it.

This website

This website does not use advertising trackers. The planner on the home page works inside your browser and does not send your choices anywhere unless you send us a query.
